The Colorado Parks and Wildlife Department announced on Dec. 15th, the winners of the 2016 Colorado Waterfowl Stamp Contest. Taking first place was Guy Crittenden of Richmond, Virginia with a pair of mallards taking flight entitled, "Colorado Marsh Mallards". This is Guy's first win in the state of Colorado. His image will become the art for the 2016 Colorado Waterfowl Stamp. Second Place went to Richard Clifton of Delaware and Third went to Scot Storm of Minnesota.
