Guy is the six-time winner of the Virginia Duck Stamp.  He won the "First of State" mandatory stamp contest in 2005 with Wood Ducks.  He followed that with wins in 2007 with Canada Geese and 2010 with a drake Greenwing Teal.  There are a limited number of each of the past years stamp prints available in the Artist Proof edition.  The 2014 - 15 Virginia Duck Stamp print of "Cattails and Canvasbacks" is available now.  There are a limited number of these color remarqued prints available, so we suggest you place your order soon.  In the calendar year, 2014, Guy has won State Duck Stamp Competitions in Virginia, Connecticut, Michigan, Oklahoma and Louisiana.  Some of those prints are available on this website.  On February 5th, 2015, Guy added North Carolina to the growing list of wins in state Duck Stamp competitions.  This one featured a pair of black ducks and will become the 2015 North Carolina Waterfowl Conservation Stamp.  On March 4th, Guy added his fifth win in the state of Virginia with a pair of Tundra Swans entitled, "Swans on the James".  Crittenden Studio will be the exclusive publisher of the Collector Print Series and prints will be available through this website beginning March 20th.  In December, 2015, Guy added a Duck Stamp win in the state of Colorado with a pair of Mallards in flight over a Colorado marsh.  That image will become the 2016 Colorado Duck Stamp.  In July, 2016, Guy's painting of a pair of snow geese won the California Waterfowl Stamp Competition for the 2016-17 season.  Limited Edition prints of the 2016 California Duck Stamp will be available from Crittenden Studio beginning in September.  For a full article on the win, go to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife website.   In August, Guy added a win in the Michigan Duck Stamp competition, his second win in that state in the last 3 years.  And in March, 2017, Guy added his 6th win in his home state of Virginia with a painting of two Ring-necked Ducks swimming, entitled, "Winter Ringbills".
