Richmond Artist Guy Crittenden has joined Crossroads Art Center as a full time resident exhibitor. Crossroads Art Center is located at 2016 Staples Mill Road in the West End of Richmond, Virginia, and displays work from some of the region's top artists with more than 200 painters, sculptors and other artisans under one roof. Crossroads Art Center is hosting a September Opening Reception on Friday, September 8th, from 6 to 9 pm. Featured will be a juried All Media Show and a Members show. Many of the artists are on hand to talk about their work. Guy will have several new landscapes, as well as some wildlife work including a few early paintings in his new Sport Fishing Series. Recently Mr. Crittenden has won waterfowl conservation stamp competitions in Virginia, Connecticut, Louisiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Michigan. He will be one of 30 featured artists at the 3rd Annual Bath County Plein Air Festival taking place September 28th thru October 4th.
