The winner of the 2017 Nevada Waterfowl Conservation Stamp contest is Virginia wildlife artist Guy Crittenden. The winner was announced on November 22nd, and is the first win in the state of Nevada for Crittenden. The 2017 design will feature a Ruddy Duck Drake in the colorful breeding plumage with a rusty red body, white cheek patches and bright blue bill. A press release should be coming soon.
