Guy Crittenden wins 2015-16 Virginia Migratory Waterfowl Conservation Stamp

The Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries and Virginia Ducks Unlimited announced the winner of the 2015-16 Virginia Migratory Waterfowl Conservation Stamp is Guy Crittenden of Richmond, Virginia.  His painting of a pair of Tundra Swans in flight over the James River will become the Virginia Duck Stamp design for the 2015-16 Waterfowl Hunting Season.  Crittenden Studio will be the exclusive publisher of the Collector Print Series, and these prints will first be offered for sale at the Rappahanock River Waterfowl Show being held in Whitestone, Virginia on the weekend of March 21-22.  Mr. Crittenden will have the winning original painting on display in his booth at the show, along with other state duck stamp winning entries and a collection of oil paintings and prints.  Hours are 10 - 5 pm on Saturday, March 21, and 10 - 4 pm on Sunday, March 22.  Tickets are $8 and are good for both days.
